PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Relevant and Requisite Experience

Studio 151 worked as subconsultant to Cupertino Electric Inc, providing design build electrical construction for Hensel Phelps.  The renovation and expansion required new electrical load centers and extensive coordination cutting over electrical services from legacy gear onto new 12kv gear.  Eric Wennstrom led the CEI team as Senior Project Manager from bidding to opening; managing multiple crews and team members through the design, engineering, and construction phases of the project.

Franz Seidelhuber performed Special System Integration for Special Systems and Active Equipment.  Studio 151 team led High Density WiFi proof of concept design competition between Cisco and Aruba.  Implemented RF design documents into SFO’s new WiFi standards used through today’s Public WiFi coverage.  Lead special systems activation of Terminal 3 East and Boarding Area E, with home to 13 United gates and multiple amenities including High Density WIFI, Information Displays, Way-finding, Paging, and tenants.  Deployed a new Security Network Architecture integrating over 420 multicast IP cameras, access control, and existing airport applications (Verint/PSIM).  Maintained Activation schedule coordinating other special system installers during Activation in January 2014 and November 2015.  Technical Construction Manager dedicated to Six new Special Systems Rooms from demo to Activation of the production network.  Managed design and infrastructure build out of SFO-ITT FREE WIFI project initiatives significantly with High Density coverage of Terminal 3 East, Wi-Fi on passenger boarding bridges and tenant’s Common Use infrastructure.  Maintained Distribution Router to end device monitoring and provided on-call field engineering services.  SFO-ITT authorized Network Change Control Coordinator.

Studio 151 as Special Systems Integrator directly coordinated with Airport Staff to modernize T3E on budget and schedule.
