Office High Rise

Office/High Rise Buildings are office buildings that rise at least 7-10 stories in height. To maximize space in high density urban areas, High Rise Buildings are developed. Office High Rise Buildings are developments created for the purposes of having different companies renting out spaces for business use. 

The electrical design process for these buildings of this scale present many challenges. Due to the amount of floors and rooms within these projects, the electrical systems are extremely complex. The complexity of the electrical systems largely is due to space constraints, limitations of physical structure and the integration of multiple systems. One must also design the system with safety in mind, keeping up with all current safety regulations and practices to minimize risk within these extremely tall buildings.
